Jim Prentice (on theleftof the picture) and Rich Harris (on the right) caught this bull about 6 miles past LL Buoy on a blind strike while fishing the 2004 Bad Dad's Tournament. Since he never surfaced Rich thought he had a big Marlin on. Rich played him for more than an hour just to tire him out.

What a surprise when a 37-pound mahimahi surfaced! Rich said the leader had wrapped thru his gill plate so he was pulling him in sideways the whole time (with a 14/0 no less!). He was the largest Mahi of the tournament.
